Are Naturium products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan, and we clearly label any items that contain ethically sourced animal by-products like honey.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?

Are your formulas safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with biocompatible ingredients and are pH-balanced. However, we always recommend patch testing a new product on a small area of skin before full application.
